Is this a course?
No. It is an institute for households, and it awards no certificates. A member keeps a standard in one place, practises it, and keeps the record of what was practised and what changed.
Questions
Institut Solène answers the questions it is actually asked here, including the awkward ones. If something is missing, ask it directly rather than assuming the worst — or the best.
No. It is an institute for households, and it awards no certificates. A member keeps a standard in one place, practises it, and keeps the record of what was practised and what changed.
Three states. A visitor reads the public house with no account. The Threshold is a free account that never expires: it opens the arrival room, one sample lesson and a blank handbook. A member has chosen a tier once, and the household’s rooms open.
No. There is no monthly billing anywhere in the institute. The Household tier is $490 for one year, renewed manually if you choose to renew. The Family Seat is $2,400 once and kept for life. The Institut Circle is $8,500 once, for up to twelve households.
No. Renewal of The Household is annual and manual. We show you the renewal date plainly and send one reminder, and nothing is ever charged without you choosing it. The other two tiers have no renewal at all.
The payment is confirmed on Base44 Payments and the tier opens as soon as that confirmation lands. If you land back in the house and the tier has not opened yet, wait a moment and open the household ledger — and if it still looks wrong, contact support rather than paying a second time.
No, and this is deliberate. There are no accounts for minors of any kind, anywhere in the house. The Family Chapters are written for a guardian to deliver in their own words, and an age band on the guardian’s own record is the absolute limit. No chapter discusses a child’s body, appearance or measurements.
Your household. A record is readable by the steward and by the members the steward invites, and by nobody else. It is never shared between households, and there are no ads, no tracking and no cross-brand links in the house.
AI voices of Institut Solène, and each screen carrying one says so. They are seven distinct roles — the Directrice, the Table Mistress, the Correspondent, the Boardroom, the Wardrobe Room, the Traveller and the Family Steward — and each answers from your household’s own stored record rather than from invented facts.
Both, from the household ledger. Export gives you the handbook with its full edit history, the practice and the chapters delivered. Deletion removes the household and its records, and nothing is kept back.
No. Where we describe regional practice we label it as common practice with real variation, never as law. No voice awards titles, ranks or credentials, invents a host’s protocol, or claims any accreditation for this institute.
In one paragraph, for the record
These are the questions asked of Institut Solène and the institute’s own answers: it is not a course and awards no certificates, there is no monthly plan and no automatic renewal charge, no minor may hold an account, and a household may export or delete its record entirely.
